One of the best new products on the market is the TRX-System. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise.
The TRX-System was developed by a Navy Seal and can be classified as suspension trainingsince all exercises require the body or part of the body to be suspended.
This piece of equipment can be transported easily to anywhere you can hang it from a stable, fixed object. Perfect for travel and boot camp settings, the TRX can be used to train almost every major muscle group and intensity can easily be changed simply by adjust your body position.
Some of my favorite exercises with the TRX are High Rows, Push Ups, Single Leg Squats, and Double Knee Tucks.
